We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative with 5-10 years of experience in roll forming, sheet metal, and machine sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities
• Provide expert technical advice and support to customers regarding roll forming processes, sheet metal applications, and industrial machinery
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the company's CRM system
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
• Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5-10 years of proven experience in inside sales, specifically in roll forming, sheet metal, and industrial machinery sectors
• In-depth knowledge of roll forming processes, sheet metal fabrication techniques, and industrial machinery applications
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering concepts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
