Sales Representative – Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (or Hourly + Commission depending on experience)

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly motivated to meet and exceed goals, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions that deliver value
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Highly goal-oriented, self‑motivated, and competitive
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–3+ years of sales experience (industry experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) - Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
- Ability to sit, stand, or travel for extended periods
- Comfortable working on a computer and phone throughout the day
