Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within our Retail Banking organization, you will be based at the Crown Point branch in Parker, CO. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. The role is based in office and supports cross‑functional sales and service initiatives.
Responsibilities- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
- Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
- Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined process, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
- Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Demonstrates heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically require an Associate's or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. A minimum of 3+ years of experience is expected. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

CompensationBase Salary: $45,375.00–$75,625.00 (may vary based on location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
