Position: Life Safety Service Sales Executive-Fire Alarm

Life Safety Service Representative, Electronic (FIRE ALARM)
What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Electronic Fire Services within your assigned territory. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from uncovering opportunities to post‑sale support.

  • Represent the Company in promotion and sale of Electronic Fire Service offerings to customers.
  • Engage with customers to identify and qualify opportunities, develop solution proposals, and negotiate terms.
  • Create and manage design and contract documents, perform financial justification and present proposals.
  • Coordinate installation, customer training, and service delivery.
  • Adopt Account Representative responsibilities including account development and customer retention.
  • Conduct building surveys to support estimates.
  • Maintain an active proposal backlog to meet sales plans.
  • Close sales to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to delivery, billing, financing.
  • Maintain complete records of sales activities.
  • Perform market investigations and develop new applications.
How you will do it
  • Develop solution/value proposition for customers.
  • Prepare design, contracts, and reports.
  • Engage cross‑functional teams: sales, technical, design engineering, service, support, and management.
  • Use strong presentation and closing techniques.
  • Manage account relationships and coordinate post‑sale services.
Required Qualifications
  • Highly self‑motivated and success‑driven.
  • High energy level with focus toward customers and desire to succeed.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, persuasive closing skills.
  • Self‑discipline and ability to obtain required licenses.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm industry and ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years equivalent Fire Alarm experience.
  • Experience working with electrical contractors.
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, and job costing systems;
    Microsoft and Oracle programs preferred.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $69,000–$95,000 (based on education, experience, and market data).
