Job SummaryThe Enterprise Account Executive will master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals, develop strategic sales approaches, and cultivate relationships with existing and new customers. This role identifies sales opportunities, collaborates with internal and external teams, and communicates our comprehensive portfolio of solutions. It also builds market awareness through industry events and stays informed on industry trends.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute penetrating sales strategies and pricing proposals that exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Identify, create, and manage opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones through cold calling, meetings, and networking.
- Collaborate with sales management to prioritize opportunities and meet or exceed targets.
- Partner proactively with internal SHI support teams and external industry partners for joint selling initiatives.
- Understand customer business objectives, IT priorities, and initiatives to provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate SHI’s portfolio of products, solutions, services, and capabilities effectively to customers and partners.
- Stay knowledgeable about competitors and defend SHI’s value to win new business.
- Build market awareness through participation in local and regional industry events, organizations, and affiliations.
- Continuously educate yourself on industry trends, products, and market conditions.
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
- Minimum 50% of time outside the office meeting with existing and potential customers.
- Ability to travel within the dedicated territory and attend SHI, partner, and customer events.
- Current or ability to obtain required sales and/or technical certifications within the first 90 days.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong client relationship building and new business development skills.
- Experience in account management, project management, and business operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in team selling environments.
- Intermediate level of account management and project management.
- Intermediate understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Business Acumen – evaluate market trends and competitive landscape.
- Closing Deals – develop strategic plans for closing high‑value opportunities.
- Consultative Sales – identify prospects, initiate conversations, and innovate the sales process.

- Organization – coordinate multiple projects and delegate tasks.
- Presentation – design and deliver engaging presentations.

- Time Management – use time effectively and meet deadlines.
Base salary: $100,000. Estimated on‑target earnings (OTE): $120,000–$250,000, dependent on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
