Job Description

Full time Estate Senior Sales Associate with many growth opportunities. This position earns $50 extra per day when trained and running estate sales, equating to up to an additional $750 per month.

Experience in the resale market is ideal but not required. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of customer service experience.

This is a full‑time position. Hours may vary based on clients. Work days are Tuesday–Saturday, 9 am–4 pm (sometimes later on sale days). Must be able to work Tuesday–Saturday.

Associates should be enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and enjoy teamwork. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required. Job sites vary weekly.

• Prep a house for sale
• Set up tables
• Remove items from closets, cupboards, drawers, etc.
• Stage items throughout the house for optimal viewing
• Research and price items to generate maximum profitability
• Put up Prestige signs throughout the home
• Work the sale of items in the home
• Put out yard signs at the beginning of each sale day, directing customers to the home
• Perform final prep of the home before the sale starts
• Walk the sale, answering customer questions
• Price items for customers that were missed during prep
• Run the register for periods of time
• Move items around as the sale progresses to make the house look as “full” as possible
• Pick up yard signs at the end of each day
• Break down tables at the end of each sale
• Take down Prestige signs at the end of each sale
• Additional responsibilities include assisting the manager with transporting tables, operating a tablet or PC, taking photographs, transporting/filling prep boxes, transporting yard signs, running a sale from time to time, and other tasks requested by the manager or assistant manager.

Employees must be able to perform moderate lifting, bending, twisting, and crouching. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs and work in hot and cold environments.

Employees must have or be willing to learn knowledge in used goods, fair market values, antiques, and other products. They must be willing to share this information with the team and employees hired after them.

Employees must have an eye for detail and be willing to assist colleagues at the same level as well as follow direction from their manager at all times.

Base pay is $17 per hour with the opportunity for sale bonuses when fully trained as senior sales associate. Additional $50 per sale day is earned when you can run a sale.
