Step into a Leasing Agent role in Aurora where you'll keep operations moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track.

• Serve as the face of our community, deliver an exceptional resident experience, and drive occupancy through strong relationship-building and closing skills.
• Connect with prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, manage leasing activities, and help create a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Guide tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Follow up on leads and convert traffic into leases.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-ins.
• Maintain strong market knowledge and stay ahead of competitors.
• Support resident retention and renewal efforts.

• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; Yardi a plus).
• Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
