This field‑based sales associate role is within the Sports Medicine specialty, representing Stryker products and supporting Sales Representatives in promotion and marketing.

Responsibilities- Assist Sales Representatives in promoting and marketing Stryker products.
- Educate doctors, nurses, and other staff on product use, maintenance, functionality, updates, and educational programs.
- Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on appropriate product selection.
- Answer customer questions regarding product functionality and differentiate Stryker products from competitors.
- Adjust daily schedule to focus on high‑value activities for customers and the market.
- Represent one of the world’s leading medical device brands and impact patient care.
- Exert up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds continuously when moving objects.
- Communicate with large groups of people and telephonically.
- Operate common office equipment (fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.).
- Travel up to 20% of the year, including overnight travel.
- Drive an automobile and routinely negotiate price and terms with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including features that differentiate them from competitors.
- Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly.
- 0‑2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- Successful completion of in‑house product training and field sales training.
- Confident communicator, charismatic networker, and strategic closer.
- Trusted partner with subject‑matter expertise.
- Competitive achiever who consistently exceeds quarterly sales quota.
- Base salary of $60,000 plus benefits.
- Travel allowance of up to 20% of the year.
