Position: Real Estate BuyerS Agent PreApproved Leads Provided

Buyer’s Agent – Pre-Approved Leads Provided (High Conversion Opportunity) We don’t do cold leads. We generate pre-approved, mortgage-qualified buyers—and we need a closer to convert them. If you’re tired of chasing unqualified internet leads, this role gives you direct access to ready-to-act clients coming straight from our in-house mortgage team. This is not a hand-holding role. This is for someone who knows how to move fast, follow up relentlessly, and get contracts signed.

What You’ll Do
  • Convert pre-approved buyers into active clients and signed agreements
  • Drive urgency and move clients from “thinking” to “acting”
  • Show homes, write offers, and negotiate deals at a high level
  • Maintain aggressive follow-up (this is where most agents fail)
  • Own your pipeline and hit weekly conversion targets
