• Engage homeowners door‑to‑door in local neighborhoods.
• Educate residents about Window Nation’s window and door solutions.
• Generate qualified leads for our sales team.
• Represent Window Nation at community events.
• Use scripts and proven lead‑generation processes.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.

• Base hourly pay: $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped weekly and monthly bonuses.
• Additional commissions and performance incentives.
• Top performers can earn $60K–$100K+ annually.

• Full‑time
• Typical hours:
  Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 6:00 PM.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Preferred experience:
  
  retail sales, wireless/mobile sales, door‑to‑door outreach, field marketing, lead generation, event marketing, restaurant/hospitality customer service, fundraising, political canvassing, brand ambassador work.
• Must be comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods.
