Salary Range: $26.00 To $32.00 Annually
Sales Support is responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. They help customersresolvesales-relatedissuesinatimelymanner,providing real-timesupport.
Theyserveasaliaisonbetween the company and its customers by completing clerical and administrative duties for the sales team, enter sales orders, answercustomers' questions, provide quotes, assist other departments as needed, and inform customers of their order status .
Sales Support also performs several responsibilities related to engaging newandexisting clients, with the goal of generating sales and retaining customers.

- Entersalesorderaccuratelyandinatimelymanner.
- Assistwithcustomer’sneedsandquestions.
- Fosteracollaborativerelationshipwithassignedsales consultants.
- Followuponandmanagebackordersandopenorders with.
Sales Support will also provide the following:
- Thoroughfollow-uptocustomerinteractions,ensuringcustomersatisfaction.
- Maintaincustomeraccountsandupdatewithnewaccountinformationasneeded.
- Respondwith a high sense of urgencytocustomerinquiries,productandservicequestions,andcustomercomplaints.
- Resolvecustomercomplaintsinafriendlyandtimelymannertoensurehighcustomersatisfaction.
- Entercustomers'ordersimmediatelywithaccuracyandattentiontodetail.
- Workwiththesalesteamtostay uptodateonpricing,andcustomerneeds,andcommunicatepotential challenges.
- Workcloselywithalldepartmentstoensurealldeliveriesarecompletedperthecustomers’request sand/or deadlines.
- Workwiththesalesteamtosupporttheirgrowthandsuccess.
- Workwithotherdepartmentstoresolvecustomerconcernsandfollowupasneeded.
- Monitorcustomerownedandcustomerspecificproductinventoriesandalertpurchasingand/orproductionto concerns or discrepancies as needed.
- Provideproductquotestocustomers.
