Location:

150 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012

Work Schedule:

Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)

Full Time Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 per year

Pay Type:

Draw + Commissions, after 60‑day paid training

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required for operating vehicles, as driving is part of job duties.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
  • Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
  • Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs.
  • Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
  • Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
  • Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade‑in values.
  • Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
  • Competitive drive.
  • A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including Saturdays and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations.
  • Able to use/learn to use CRM database, Google Suite, and other automotive software products as required.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
