Sunglass Hut​/Spanish + Sales Associate

Overview

Sunglass Hut is seeking a Casual Part-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will sell products and provide customer service while contributing to store success and maintaining brand standards.

Pay Range:

• Sell products and provide optimum customer service.
• Cross-sell Oliver Peoples  products with knowledge of the brand and basic optical principles.
• Display knowledge of the brand, warranties and options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to grow a client following.
• Maintain high standards of sales, service, visual and merchandising elements.
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to advise clients and drive sales.
• Maintain the store s presentation standards on the sales floor and in the back office.
• Understand and support all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous in-store duties as assigned.

• 2+ years selling high-end optical/eyewear or luxury products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Clear and audible communication; ability to hear on the phone and in person.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible; punctual and reliable.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Initiative in self-development; performs well under time or workload pressure.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational awareness.

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Ciao POS.
