Job Summary
Post-Acute Sales Representative responsible for promoting Medline’s products and solutions to long‑term care facilities, home health, hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers.
Responsibilities- Call on the post‑acute care market, including long‑term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers.
- Sell clinical and operational solutions to all levels of decision makers, including owners, senior clinical officers and purchasing managers.
- Sell products such as incontinence, skin care, disposable medical equipment, advanced wound care and gloves.
- Develop a strong knowledge base of Medline’s extensive product catalog and value‑added programs and services.
- Build meaningful relationships with new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Perform cold calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunities.
- Present new products and initiatives, educating customers on industry trends and regulations.
- Prepare bids and negotiate contracts.
- Take ownership and leadership of your territory – grow it like your own business.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of quota‑based sales experience in cold calling and full‑cycle commissioned sales; or at least 5 years of quota‑based sales experience.
- Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization.
- Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business; build consensus.
- Complex sales strategy approach to sell solutions across multiple levels.
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- Ability to present multiple product lines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Stable work history.
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must live near Colorado Springs or Pueblo, Colorado. Will travel to Durango once or twice a month and will be traveling by personal vehicle 90% of the day.
Compensation & BenefitsFully commissioned position with a first‑year sales guarantee of $100,000 plus incentive. Bonus eligible.
