A growing restoration and construction company in Aurora, CO is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support company leadership, assist with sales activities, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a key point of support for both clients and internal teams. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the business owner, helping manage administrative priorities, customer communications, sales follow-up, scheduling, CRM updates, and day-to-day coordination.

• Support the Owner with administrative tasks, daily business functions, calendar management, emails, and executive support needs.
• Coordinate sales activities, appointments, customer follow-up, proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Answer incoming calls and serve as a professional first point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Track leads, job opportunities, sales pipeline activity, CRM updates, and customer records.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, project coordination, reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

• Pay: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
