Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate locations;
Operate access control and communications systems, answer and route calls, and coordinate with site contacts regarding deliveries, appointments, and visitor access requests;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Complete shift activity reports and maintain accurate logs of visitors, access events, incidents, and equipment status in accordance with site requirements
