Position Overview
As a Signals Analyst, you will leverage your specialized technical expertise to blend electronic intelligence (ELINT) with other intelligence disciplines, including communications intelligence (COMINT), radar intelligence (RADINT), and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT), along with collateral data, to construct a comprehensive understanding of emitters and associated systems of interest. This is a highly dynamic role, focused on mission coordination with other USG partners in a fast‑paced environment.
Candidates should have experience supporting real‑time missions and responding to ad hoc support requests; experience with various collection environments; experience with multi‑INT environments and tradecraft; knowledge of SIGINT and multi‑INT tools and products; and knowledge of SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.

Key Responsibilities- Operational Insight:
You will assist your clients in comprehending their operational landscape and mission environment. - Data Exploration:
Leveraging your understanding of various collection platforms, you will explore novel data sources and integrate information from disparate origins to develop fresh and innovative tradecraft and analytics in support of mission optimization. - Expert Guidance:
As the domain expert, your clients will rely on your time‑critical recommendations.
- Overhead experience with FISINT and MASINT collection.
- Proficiency in processes and tools related to technical ELINT.
- Expertise in ELINT, FISINT, Telemetry, and PROFORMA technical analysis.
- Ability to assess new analytic and collection tools and techniques, including those from external partners.
- Capability to provide interpretive Tech SIGINT analytic support to other analysts and the team concerning new or emerging systems of interest.
- Familiarity with ELINT tools and databases, including XMIDAS, ASPEN, FLEXIBLE FLYER, CED, AIRS, WRANGLER, and GALE‑Lite.
- Weapons field testing experience.
- Proficiency in big data analysis.
- Knowledge of multiple analysis and collection tools and processes.
- Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and facilitate system accuracy improvements.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with SIGINT analysis.
- Completion of National Cryptologic School course 3810.
$75,000.00 – $ (Commensurate with experience)
Shift NoticeNote this is a shift position that will require nights/weekend work. Shift schedule is variable based on government direction and team planning and is set approximately three months in advance.
