We are hiring for Flex Security Officers to work in the Denver Metro area. Full‑time Flex posts are up to 40 hours per week, Monday‑Sunday, with varying hours and shifts. Additional coverage may be required on occasion. Pay is $24.00 per hour, paid weekly.

• Security experience preferred
• Denver Guard license required
• Excellent customer‑service skills
• Logistics knowledge preferred
• Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment a must
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors a must
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move quickly
• Reliable transportation

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company’s operational and financial success. Flex Officers provide trained support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, enabling continuous service and protecting staff work‑life balance.

Scheduling for Flex Officers differs from fixed posts. Flex Officers will be trained at various posts and can be assigned to a location for several weeks but not permanently. Schedules vary with operational need. You will be offered or assigned to shifts as they become available.

• Shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week’s schedule, and some may require short‑notice coverage.
• If a shift is scheduled in advance that falls within your availability, you must work it. If unavailable, communicate with your supervisor promptly.
• For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusing more than 20% may negatively impact employment status.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Denver Security Officer License
