What You Can Expect:

* This officer will need to be available for multiple shifts; schedules are provided a week in advance and will be stationed at multiple locations.

* Provide security for short-term special security assignments.

* Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.

* Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include working the site, writing post orders and training checklists and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.

* Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during "high need" periods.

* Patrol assigned site on foot or in a vehicle; check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, and unauthorized persons.

* Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and any other observed issues.

Basic Requirements:

* 18 years of age or older.

* High School Diploma or GED required.

* Above average computer / technology skills needed.

* Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.

* Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

* Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.

* Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

* All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

* Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.

* CPR, AED, and First aid certifications are a plus, but are not needed for every site.

* Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.

* Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.

* Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
