Contractor Program Security Officer

Manage the industrial security program and security activities at a customer accredited facility, ensuring compliance with the intelligence community (IC), DoD government, and company security policies, requirements, and procedures, and maintaining the overall accreditation posture.

• Review and investigate non‑compliance issues.
• Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff.
• Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees and advise management and personnel on issues.
• Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews.
• Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs, as required.

• 5+ years of experience applying tailored, responsive, multi‐disciplined security support (personnel, physical, technical, operational, and information security) aimed at protecting corporate and client personnel, information, facilities, programs, and capabilities.
• Experience with SCI administration.
• Knowledge of personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705 and Security Executive Agent Directives.
• HS diploma or GED.

• Experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer.
• Knowledge of contract and acquisition security practices.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an ambiguous work environment.
• Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Top Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, experience, contract‑specific affordability, and organizational requirements.

Remote
:
If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.

Hybrid
:
If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.

Onsite
:
If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
