Wage: $19.75–$22.50 per hour

What You Can Expect- Conflict resolution and de‑escalation
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
- Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
- Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Above average computer/technology skills needed
- Remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
- Respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, drug screen and background investigation
- Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Strong grasp of appropriate professional verbal/written communication
- Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Conduct patrols throughout shift
- Comfortable with access control duties
