Inter‑Con is searching for motivated individuals to fill the role of an Unarmed Security Officer, a position that protects critical assets as part of an elite security operations team.
Qualifications- (1) year of armed commercial security experience
- Or (5) years of unarmed commercial security experience
- Or 3 years+ of active military service at an E4 rank or higher with an honorable discharge (all military service must end with an honorable discharge)
- Or (1) year or more in law enforcement or military police, not including any academy training
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (must be obtained in the U.S. or have U.S. equivalency)
- Or associate’s degree in criminal justice plus one year of commercial security experience
- Job operates in client sites, which may be indoors or outdoors.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking as part of daily security activities.
- Requires open availability for nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Work various shifts and holidays as assigned.
- Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments and locations.
