Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and maintain accurate logs of people, vehicles, and deliveries entering the location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.;
Communicate with employees, visitors, and/or vendors regarding access procedures, site rules, and security-related protocols at the location.
