Cybersecurity Analyst - Product Security

Job Description

The Product Security Analyst will work in Aurora, CO, with options to work out of Seal Beach, CA, or El Segundo, CA. This position focuses on supporting a proprietary program with activities in several states.

• Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify lifecycle-balanced information system security solutions.
• Implement cybersecurity features on program systems and implement RMF processes for embedded computing systems.
• Evaluate customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system security requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
• Perform analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture; identify assets and assess risks, threats, and vulnerabilities of the product assets in accordance with accepted industry, professional, and government standards to ensure security design integrity, availability, confidentiality, non‑repudiation and contract compliance.
• Evaluate remediation recommendations and develop a cost-to-mitigate estimate.
• Employ system security processes, methods, and tools and assure consistent application; resolve cross‑functional technical issues.
• Implement appropriate Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) activities per ICD 503 RMF, NISPOM, or DoD Overprint to the NISPOM as required by customers.
• Coordinate with system administrators, network and software engineers, test and validation engineers, and program management on security‑related activities and requirements.
• Travel (25%) required for meetings with customers and internal meetings.
• Work under minimal direction.

• Active U.S. Security Clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required. An active clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI Security Clearance required pre‑start.

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 6 or more years of work‑related experience, or Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years of work‑related experience; ten (10) or more years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
• Experience with Information Systems Security.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI Security Clearance required pre‑start.

• Experience with Dev Sec Ops  and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Successful completion of a Counter‑Intelligence Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related technical discipline is highly preferred.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary Pay Range:

• Level 3: $124,100 - $167,900
