Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, warehouse, and/or perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where applicable, and support visitor management processes in a fast-paced technology-focused location.;
Support asset protection efforts by observing shipping, receiving, and/or loading areas, reporting discrepancies, and following post orders related to security-related procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
