Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, entry points, and perimeter access points;
Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, observing vehicle and/or pedestrian activity, and helping to deter unauthorized entry;
Support loss prevention and operational awareness efforts by observing package handling areas, reporting unusual activity, and communicating security-related concerns
