Armed Security Officer Flex Bank

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Flex Bank to provide professional security services across various client sites. In this role, you'll protect people, property, and assets through access control, patrols, and rapid incident response. You'll adapt to different post assignments, follow detailed procedures, and use security technology such as CCTV and communications systems. Allied Universal offers structured training, firearms qualification, clear standards, and opportunities to advance into supervisory or specialized roles across its nationwide security operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security coverage at multiple client sites as part of a flex officer bank, adapting quickly to new post orders and environments
• Control access to facilities, verify identification, and monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards, documenting and reporting observations
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, de-escalating situations and coordinating with law enforcement as needed
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports using company systems and follow established protocols
• Operate security technology such as CCTV, alarms, and communication equipment in accordance with client and company procedures
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service to clients, visitors, and employees while enforcing site rules
• Participate in initial and ongoing firearms, use-of-force, and security operations training and maintain required qualifications
• Follow all safety, legal, and company compliance standards, including weapons handling and confidentiality requirements
• Support teammates and supervisors with coverage needs, schedule flexibility, and special assignments as required
