- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and piping.
- Respond to service calls promptly, providing efficient and high-quality plumbing solutions for homeowners.
- Inspect plumbing systems and fixtures to detect issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
- Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and drainage issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding problems, solutions, pricing, and maintenance tips.
- Prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
- Follow all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to update job statuses and ensure smooth workflow.
- Represent the company professionally through excellent customer service and a courteous attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
- Plumbing license required:
Residential, Journeyman’s, or Masters. - Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Clean background check.
