Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Our company, a major distribution center, is launching a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Aurora, CO , equipped with the latest advancements in automation and material‑handling technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the ground up as we build and scale operations in a highly automated environment.

Pay: $35.50/hour

Location: Aurora, CO

Shifts: Day and Night shifts available

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support our Operations Maintenance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our equipment runs efficiently and safely while also helping shape the next generation of maintenance talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated conveyor systems throughout the facility

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment

  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and controls-based repairs as needed to support continuous operations

  • Assist in facility start-up, equipment commissioning, and implementation of new automation technologies

  • Mentor and support junior maintenance technicians to help develop their skills

  • Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety policies, procedures, and best practices

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on repair experience with material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical/controls-based systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and variable work areas as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
