• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months experience on a large oil and gas drilling rig
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Good health and physical condition; ability to perform strenuous tasks
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours, walk for 3 hours, and lift/carry 10-50 pounds frequently (occasionally up to 100 pounds)
• Ability to kneel, reach, work at heights, bend, grasp, push, and pull objects
• Responsible for own transportation to and from the work site
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all health and safety standards

• 1+ years experience on a large oil and gas drilling rig
• Safeland USA Training
• History of long‑term employment with previous employers
