What You’ll Need

4+ years of combined education, training, and experience in Facilities, Utilities, Equipment, HVAC, or Maintenance Operations
Ability to diagnose and repair technical and facility equipment
Valid CO Driver’s License with acceptable MVR
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and some programming
High mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What Will Make You Stand Out

Experience with HVAC, Purified/DI Water, steam systems, hot water systems, Clean Utilities
