Pay: $18-$30/hour depending on experience + overtime opportunities

- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Perform system start‑ups, testing, and commissioning
- Maintain organized job sites and safe working conditions
- Accurately document job details using company software
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Help identify ways to improve installation quality, workflow, and customer experience
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong understanding of installation best practices and safety standards
- Ability to work independently while also supporting the team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and changing weather conditions
- EPA Certification preferred
