Journeyman Carpenter – Commercial Construction (Denver Metro / Aurora / Castle Rock)
We are hiring Journeyman Carpenters to support commercial projects across the Denver metro area, including Aurora and Castle Rock. This is a long-term opportunity with a general contractor known for strong crews, steady work, and career growth.
Projects:
- Ground-up + tenant improvements
- K-12, hospitals, hotels, multifamily, assisted living
What You'll Do:
- Work on commercial job sites supporting foremen and project teams
- Perform all phases of carpentry (rough to finish)
- Read and work from blueprints, layouts, and plans
- Install and build:
- Backing & blocking
- Safety rails & handrails
- Doors, frames, hardware
- Rough framing and finish carpentry
- Punch list / project closeout work
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Work alongside other trades to keep production moving
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Experience on ground-up and/or TI projects
- Strong skills in rough + finish carpentry
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently or with a crew
- Own basic tools and PPE (preferred)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
