Journeyman Carpenter – Commercial Construction (Denver Metro / Aurora / Castle Rock)

We are hiring Journeyman Carpenters to support commercial projects across the Denver metro area, including Aurora and Castle Rock. This is a long-term opportunity with a general contractor known for strong crews, steady work, and career growth.

Projects:

• Ground-up + tenant improvements
• K-12, hospitals, hotels, multifamily, assisted living

What You'll Do:

• Work on commercial job sites supporting foremen and project teams
• Perform all phases of carpentry (rough to finish)
• Read and work from blueprints, layouts, and plans
• Install and build:
  • Backing & blocking
  • Safety rails & handrails
  • Doors, frames, hardware
  • Rough framing and finish carpentry
  • Punch list / project closeout work
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Work alongside other trades to keep production moving

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of commercial carpentry experience
• Experience on ground-up and/or TI projects
• Strong skills in rough + finish carpentry
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently or with a crew
• Own basic tools and PPE (preferred)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
