A&A Glass Co. is a locally owned and operated residential glass company serving the Denver metro area. We specialize in custom shower enclosures, replacement windows, mirrors, glass repair, and specialty glass installations. We're looking for a motivated Glazier Apprentice who is eager to learn a skilled trade and grow into a long-term career.
No glass experience? No problem! If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to work hard, we'll provide hands-on training alongside experienced glaziers.
What You'll Do
- Assist experienced glaziers with residential glass installation and repair.
- Load, unload, and transport glass and materials safely.
- Learn to measure, cut, and install glass products.
- Help install shower enclosures, mirrors, insulated glass units, windows, tabletops, and other glass products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck and job site.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and glass-handling equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift 75–100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required.
