Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $25/hour

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Laborer to join our crew installing and maintaining industrial racking systems in a variety of environments. If you're ready to work, learn, and grow in a fast-paced setting, this opportunity is for you!

• Assemble and install pallet racking, shelving units, and storage systems
• Assemble steel racking systems using hand tools, nuts, and bolts according to specifications
• Bolt, anchor, and secure racks to floors and structures while following safety standards
• Assist with erecting and positioning components using lifts and other equipment

• Transport racking components (beams, uprights, decking) across job sites
• Lift steel components (under 50 lbs) and stage materials for efficient installation
• Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Operate or assist with forklifts or material handling equipment if qualified

• Inspect racking systems for damage, wear, or safety concerns
• Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and part replacements
• Measure and mark materials using tape measures to ensure proper alignment
• Support installation projects in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, schools, hospitals, and event centers

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with equipment and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including debris removal and cleanup
• Assist with additional tasks such as concrete work and general mechanical duties
• Collaborate with a small crew to complete projects on time and to high quality standards

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and in active job sites
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
