Location

Creekside is a 328‑unit community located in Denver, CO, just 5 minutes from Cherry Creek. The Cherry Creek trail is right across the street, offering nearly 25 miles of connectivity with the greater Denver area; the community is also a 6‑minute drive to downtown Cherry Creek for shopping and dining, with many parks and trails nearby.

What You Will Do
  • Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members.
  • Follow AIR’s process to complete basic apartment turns for new residents.
  • Complete resident‑requested repairs and routine maintenance under general direction (troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, and appliances).
  • Provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assist with managing vendor quality and perform move‑in/move‑out inspections.
  • Responsibilities vary based on skillset, community needs, mechanical systems, and season.
Qualifications
  • Detail‑oriented problem solver who takes pride in fixing things right the first time.
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction in each interaction.
  • Eager to use technology to assist residents.
  • Strong work ethic and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Reliable team player who contributes to team success.
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment.
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, 7‑day work weeks, and on‑call shifts (at least one week a month).
  • Reliable mode of transportation for emergency service requests while on‑call after hours.
  • Comfort with physical activity: willingness to move heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
