Starting salary of $29-37 per hour DOE + $2 Shift Differential

Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:30pm

The normal setting for this job is a repair / maintenance shop at our Aurora, CO hauling site.

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles – the safety of every single employee and the people in our communities is our number one priority.
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
• Assist senior Mechanics in the completion of project work.
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

• Required to exert physical effort that includes frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasionally sitting and balancing.
• Exposure to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc. often.
• Exposure to physical environment involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often.
• Operates both inside garage/shop or gas plant conditions and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity.
