Legacy Partners is hiring an on-site Maintenance Technician for an Aurora, CO apartment community. This full-time role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule or Sunday–Thursday if preferred, including on-call emergencies.
Responsibilities include maintenance, repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preparing units for new residents, plus routine preventative care and site upkeep. Great benefits and housing discount possible.
