Painter
As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, coatings, and finishes on various commercial construction projects, including offices, schools, hospitals, banks, and industrial facilities. Your role will ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, while maintaining job site safety and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, and patching.
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using rolling and brushing techniques.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all painting tasks.
- Ensure job site safety at all times.
- Adhere to project deadlines and schedules.
- Proficiency in painting and paint preparation.
- Ability to brush and roll effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of painting experience in residential or commercial settings.
The work environment primarily involves indoor painting, with some projects requiring exterior painting. Start times are typically at 6 a.m., and you will be working on a variety of commercial construction sites.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
