Morguard is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with HVAC or EPA certification to handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and onsite operations under the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager. The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation and a weekly stipend.
We offer employer-provided benefits, quarterly bonuses up to 5% of annual salary, and a $100 on-call stipend.
