WITRON is hiring a skilled
Electro-Mechanical Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Technician to support a highly automateddistribution center environment. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and PLC-based system supportto keep advancedmaterial handling and automation systemsrunning at peak performance.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, 480V electrical systems, conveyors, motors, and automation equipmentwho thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused workplace. Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairson automated systems
- Work onconveyors, motors, sensors, PLCs, and control systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems (3-phase, 480V), VFDs, and mechanical equipment
- Support operations by minimizing downtime in a fast-paced distribution center
- Read and interpretschematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Assistwithequipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- UseCMMS systemsto track maintenance activities
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or Electro-Mechanical Technician
- Electrical troubleshooting (480V, 3-phase, controls)
- Mechanical systems (motors, gearboxes, conveyors)
- Ability to readelectrical schematics and diagrams
- Experience in aware house, manufacturing, or distribution center environment preferred
- Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office)
- Walk, stand, climb, and kneel throughout shift
- Work at heights up to80–100 feet (with PPE)
- Lift up to50 lbs. unassisted
- Work includes time incold storage and freezer environments(down to-10°F)
- Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systems
