Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for a weekend shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM Thurs–Sun). You will identify and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration defects, lead daily workload for the Maintenance Shift Team, and complete PMs to minimize downtime.
