Job Description
We are looking for concrete laborers and carpenters to join our team on civil projects in the Denver and Fort Morgan area! Immediate start.
Day Shift
Pay: $24- $30/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using rakes, shovels, and screeds.
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools such as floats, trowels, and screeds.
- Flat work and vertical form work.
- Apply curing or surface treatments to protect concrete.
- Set and align forms to ensure proper depth and pitch.
- Patch voids and use chisels, grinders, or saws to shape edges.
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher or carpenter required.
- Previous experience working on bridges and highways preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions preferred.
- Experience with hand and power tools used in concrete finishing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety procedures on the job site.
- Must be open to overtime.
