HVAC Install & Service Supervisor Full-Time | Hybrid (Field-Based + Remote Work) Who We Are

Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing, locally owned company focused on doing quality work and treating customers the right way. We're not a large, layered organization-our team is small, and the people here directly influence how we operate and grow.

We're looking for someone who wants to step into a leadership role while still staying active in the field.

This role blends hands-on HVAC work with team support and leadership. You'll split your time between running install and service calls, assisting technicians in the field, and handling coordination tasks from your home office.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role. You'll lead by example, step into jobs when needed, and help raise the overall performance of the team.

As the company grows, this position can expand into a higher-level operations or service leadership role.

• $41-$51/hr based on experience

• Perform HVAC service and light install work as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve more advanced or escalated issues
• Support technicians with technical guidance and job-site problem solving
• Help ensure installs and service calls meet company quality standards
• Communicate directly with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
• Assist with scheduling coordination, job updates, and follow-up
• Provide feedback and coaching to technicians
• Contribute to improving workflows as the team grows

• Strong background in HVAC service (install experience is a plus)
• Confident diagnosing issues and handling jobs independently
• Someone ready to step into a leadership role and support a team
