Aurora, CO Compensation: $18-$30/hour depending on experience

Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning is growing, and we are looking for a Residential HVAC Installer who wants to be part of a team that values professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer care.

In This Role, You Will
  • Install residential heating and cooling systems
  • Work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Follow installation standards, manufacturer specifications, and code requirements
  • Keep customers informed throughout the installation process
  • Complete system testing and start-up procedures
  • Maintain organized and professional job sites
  • Collaborate with fellow installers and office staff to ensure projects stay on track
  • Represent the company professionally in customers' homes

  • Strong residential HVAC installation experience

  • Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Dependable and team-oriented attitude
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • EPA Certification preferred
