We're looking for a Senior HVAC Technician who takes pride in their craft, communicates honestly with customers, and wants to be part of a company that actually invests in its people.

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, water heaters, and air handlers
• Perform system installations, including ductwork, gas piping, low-voltage controls, and ventilation systems
• Identify root-cause failures and present clear repair or replacement options to customers
• Remodel and modify existing systems to meet current efficiency and comfort standards
• Maintain accurate job documentation using our field management software (Service Titan)
• Represent Aether Mechanical professionally in every customer interaction

Standard schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one required Saturday per month. Occasional overtime and on-call availability may be required based on seasonal demand.
