Aether Mechanical LLC is a trusted HVAC service provider specializing in residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. We are known for our reliability, quality workmanship, and top-tier customer service — and we are growing.
We're looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Service Technician/Installer who takes pride in their work, communicates honestly with customers, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
- Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections
- Assist with and perform full HVAC system installations alongside the team
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and document parts used through our field management software (Service Titan)
- Ensure all work complies with local and national codes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your company vehicle and tools
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Standard schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one required Saturday per month. Occasional overtime and on-call availability may be required based on seasonal demand.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC service or installation experience preferred
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
- Must be available to work one Saturday per month
- NATE Certification
- Experience with ductless mini-splits and high-efficiency systems
- Familiarity with smart thermostats and modern HVAC controls
