Responsibilities
Supervise adult and youth leagues in leadership and support roles in conjunction with officials and coordinators. Facilitate games, provide elite customer service, ensure facility safety, and resolve problems/conflicts. Manage and host birthday parties, communicating effectively with patrons, staff, and management.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public.
- Preferred: solid knowledge of soccer rules and experience in a previous customer service role.
Noise levels range from moderate to loud, often due to active children, group interactions, or busy transportation settings.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or sit on the floor as needed during activities or tasks.
