Support Finity™ is seeking a full-time Housing Coach in Denver, CO, to assist youth and young adults in their housing journey. This role focuses on working with clients who have or will obtain HUD or State vouchers, helping them set goals and achieve independence.
The ideal candidate will have a background in human services and be able to adapt their schedule to meet client needs. A reliable vehicle is required for traveling to participants' locations.
