The ideal candidate will have leasing experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include leasing properties, processing applications, and managing resident relations.
We offer competitive pay starting at $25.00-$27.00 per hour along with bonuses, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and more. Potential candidates must have a valid CO Driver’s License and be available to work Saturdays once a month.
